To request a refund, email us at support@windowcraft.app with your order number or the email address used at checkout. We will process your refund within 5 business days.
Refund requests made more than 30 days after purchase will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Windowcraft offers a 14-day free trial with all features unlocked. We encourage you to try the app before purchasing to make sure it meets your needs.
